Account Cancellation Agreement
Welcome to MorningBlues Life App! Before proceeding with account cancellation, please carefully read the following terms. By submitting a cancellation request, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this agreement.
I. Cancellation Requirements
1. Identity Verification: You must complete identity verification through MorningBlues Life’s designated methods (e.g., registered phone number verification code, account password confirmation) to prove lawful ownership of the account and ensure the cancellation request is initiated by the account holder.
2. Normal Account Status: The account must be in good standing with no pending obligations, including but not limited to: Unsettled payments (e.g., active subscription services, in-app purchases); Unresolved community interaction disputes (e.g., reports, complaints); Active account restrictions (e.g., suspension or freezing due to violations).
3.Disassociation of Linked Services: If your account is linked to third-party services (e.g., social media accounts, payment platforms), you must follow in-app instructions to manually remove these connections before submitting a cancellation request.
II. Cancellation Process
Submit Request: Navigate to the "Settings" section of MorningBlues Life, select "Account Security," then click "Cancel Account." Follow the on-screen prompts to provide the required information step-by-step and submit your cancellation request. Upon successful submission, your account will be permanently canceld and cannot be recovered.
III. Post-Cancellation Data Handling
1. Personal Information: In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we will cancel or anonymize your personal information after account cancellation to protect your privacy. However, certain data required by law (e.g., transaction records, service logs) will be retained for the legally mandated period and subsequently canceld or anonymized upon expiration.
2. Virtual Assets: All virtual assets in your account, including but not limited to points and membership benefits, will be voided upon cancellation. These assets cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or reinstated. Please use or redeem such assets responsibly before initiating cancellation.
IV. Consequences of Cancellation
1. Service Access Termination: After account cancellation, you will permanently lose access to all services provided by MorningBlues Life, including but not limited to logging into your account, viewing historical records, or participating in community interactions.
2.Agreement Termination: All agreements between you and us related to this App (e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy) will automatically terminate upon account cancellation, except for clauses explicitly stated to remain valid post-cancellation. You remain legally responsible for any obligations or liabilities arising from your use of the App prior to cancellation.
3.Loss of Benefits: Voluntary account cancellation may result in forfeiture of future App updates, promotional activities, or other privileges. All risks and losses associated with such forfeiture shall be borne solely by you.
V. Additional Terms
1. Exceptional Circumstances: If account cancellation cannot be processed due to unforeseen technical failures, force majeure events, or other unavoidable reasons, we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If unresolved within a reasonable time frame, you may request cancellation of the cancellation process or negotiate alternative solutions with us.
2.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of your country/region of residence. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, either party may seek remedies through competent courts in your jurisdiction.
3.Agreement Amendments: We reserve the right to modify this agreement to reflect legal changes or operational needs. Revised versions will be prominently published within MorningBlues Life. Your continued use of the cancellation process after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
